The “Immaculate” cast, including Sydney Sweeney, Simona Tabasco, Benedetta Porcaroli and Álvaro Morte, alongside director Michael Mohan, take portraits for SXSW during the 2024 SXSW Conference And Festival in Austin, Texas.
Directed by Michael Mohan, Immaculate follows Cecilia (Sweeney), a woman of devout faith who is offered a fulfilling new role at an illustrious Italian convent. Her warm welcome to the picture-perfect Italian countryside is soon interrupted as it becomes clearer to Cecilia that her new home harbors some dark and horrifying secrets.
The film also stars The White Lotus breakout Simona Tabasco, as well as Alvaro Morte (Money Heist), Benedetta Porcaroli (Baby), and Dora Romano (The Hand of God).
Immaculate had its world premiere at South by Southwest on March 12, 2024, and is scheduled to be released in the United States by Neon on March 22, 2024.
