Paramount Pictures is set to release the highly anticipated Scream 7 on February 27, 2026, continuing the legacy of the iconic horror franchise. Joining the cast are Michelle Randolph and Jimmy Tatro, adding fresh talent to the ensemble.

Kevin Williamson, the mastermind behind the original 1996 film directed by Wes Craven, will be at the helm of this installment, ensuring it retains the essence that made the series a fan favorite. The screenplay is penned by Guy Busick, the writer of Scream (2022) and Scream VI.

Project X Entertainment’s James Vanderbilt, William Sherak, and Paul Neinstein are on board as producers, promising another thrilling chapter in the Scream saga.

Michelle Randolph has made a remarkable impression with her breakout role in the hit Paramount+ series Landman, where she plays the daughter of Billy Bob Thornton’s character. This performance has catapulted her into the spotlight, catching the attention of executives across Hollywood. Scream 7 will mark her first major feature film role since the show premiered. Additionally, she can currently be seen in the Yellowstone spin-off 1923.

Best known for his standout performances in The Real Bros of Simi Valley and Home Economics, Jimmy Tatro has recently captivated audiences with his scene-stealing role in Searchlight’s Theater Camp, a project he also executive produced. He has reprised his beloved character in The Real Bros of Simi Valley: The Movie and will soon share the screen with Will Ferrell and Reese Witherspoon in the upcoming Amazon Studios comedy You’re Cordially Invited.
