Last night at Metrograph, Netflix celebrated the premiere of its new comedy series, “Survival of the Thickest,” which is created by Michelle Buteau and Danielle Sanchez Witzel, and inspired by Buteau book of essays of the same name.
Survival of the Thickest cast members Tone Bell, Tasha Smith, Garcelle Beauvais, Peppermint, Anissa Felix, Liza Treyger and Marouane Zotti, as well as longtime friends including Ilana Glazer, were all in attendance to mark the occasion ahead of the series’ launch on July 13.
