Ahead of its premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival, Netflix’s The Good Nurse has revealed its first trailer and poster. The movie starring Jessica Chastain and Eddy Redmayne in a true-crime procedural based on a real killer.
off her Oscar win for The Eyes of Tammy Faye, Jessica Chastain is chasing down a killer (played by fellow Oscar winner Eddie Redmayne) in The Good Nurse. Based on Charles Graeber’s book The Good Nurse: A True Story of Medicine, Madness, and Murder, the new thriller tells the chilling true story of Charles Cullen, a nurse and serial killer who confessed to killing up to 40 patients over the course of his career.
The Good Nurse premieres at the Toronto International Film Festival this week before hitting select theaters on Oct. 19 and Netflix on Oct. 26. You can check out key art and a new trailer for The Good Nurse below.
