Zack Snyder’s Epic Space Fantasy ‘Rebel Moon’ Cast and Character Guide

Rebel Moon (also known as Rebel Moon Part 1) is an upcoming epic space opera film directed by Zack Snyder from a screenplay he co-wrote with Shay Hatten and Kurt Johnstad, inspired by the classic 1954 Akira Kurosawa film Seven Samurai.

Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon will be a two-part and Part 1 is scheduled to be released on December 22, 2023, by Netflix, with a limited theatrical release being planned. A follow-up, Rebel Moon Part 2, was scheduled to be shot with the film back-to-back.
